Woolfie's fit again and Tom returns

We are very pleased and relieved to be able to announce the return of a fully fit Mark Woolf to Thunder. After several years of pain Woolfie had a serious back operation last season but is now back and raring to go. Woolfie alongside Cass gives us multiple starting options in goal and the competition between them and the exciting junior prospect Jordan Hedley is a healthy one and can only drive them all on to perform 100% week in week out.

Also returning to Thunder for another season is our exciting young forward Tom Mboya. Coach Simon Howard is particularly pleased that Tom will be with us again; "Tom is one if the best young players I have seen come through the MK programme. He is strong, fast and can shoot which makes him a threat against any D man. Tom has reached that critical point that can define a young players career. He now needs experience and like Connor I see this as his big year and will attract more attention from EPL and Elite teams next season.
