Default Howie and JR return
Thunder are pleased to announce the return of two of its key players of recent years. Both Simon Howard and Jamie Randall will be wearing Thunder shirts next season. Howie continues his role as Head Coach, assisted by Jamie Randall and the newly signed Dwayne Newman. A trio with a wealth of experience at higher level of the game to pass on to Thunder's younger players and develop the side into a competitive outfit ready for the challenges of the league next season.

Good signings to start with.i wounded if bowers will re-sign with thunder with nick Poole changing the lightning squad around
