Very tempted, i am hoping that I may get a corporate ticket. It is looking like an explosive final, there seems to be no love lost between them.

When it gets to the final its all about winning. Good luck in getting a ticket that you don't need a mortgage for!

LA Kings win their second game in overtime to take a 2-0 lead in the series. That's 10 away games on the bounce postseason the Kings have won now. Not bad for the 8th place team. With the next two games at home the Stanley cup could be over by Wednesday, but somehow I don't think it will.

Well LA do their best to prove me wrong and thump New Jersey 4-0 for a 3-0 lead in the series. Great penalty kills and even a 5-3 survival. Yeah I know MK can do that.

Interesting final. Apart from game 4 they haven't been that entertaining, even though the hits in game 1 were brutal to say the least. Can see the devils getting another game back in game 5, now that they've managed to get a few past the King's nettie, who's been nothing short of brilliant so far in the series. But I still think the Kings will win overall, they just seem the stronger team out of the two.

After toying with the Devil over the last two games, the Kings thrash New Jersey 6-1 to win the Stanley cup for the first time.

Some more info for those interested ...

The victory caps one of the most remarkable postseason runs in League history. Los Angeles was in 11th place in the Western Conference with 14 games remaining in the regular season, and the Kings didn't earn a spot in the postseason until during Game No. 81.

From that point, the Kings were nearly unstoppable. Los Angeles became the first No. 8 seed to win the Cup, the first team to defeat the top three teams in its conference and the first team with any seed to win the first three games of all four series, including the first two on the road in each round.

Jonathan Quick capped one of the greatest seasons by a goaltender in the history of the NHL. In 69 regular-season games, he went 35-21-13 -- a mark that would've been far more impressive if the Kings hadn't been the worst offensive team in the NHL for about four months -- with a 1.95 goals-against average and .929 save percentage.

In the Stanley Cup Final, he allowed just seven goals in six games. He finished the 2012 Playoffs with a 16-4 record, 1.41 goals against average and a .946 save percentage. He of course won the Conn Smythe Trophy (the playoff series MVP).

Sign him up Harry he'll be a useful cover for Metts.
