We are delighted to secure the signing of Greg Randall for the forthcoming 2012 - 2013 season.

Head Coach Simon Howard had this to say about Thunder's latest addition;
"Greg is an experienced player who has played with me at Peterborough, Guildford and of course MK where he was part of the Lightning's 4 years of back to back championships."

"When you look to add a key player into any team you look for both the right attitude and talent. Greg brings all that and more with a wealth of experience from the EPL, previous championship winners medals, a leader on the ice, a guy who can play multiple positions and a player who can put the puck in the net too."

"Adding Greg also means we have options on our powerplay and three strong lines which will enable us to compete with the best teams night in, night out.
With Greg now on our team alongside his brother JR and Dwayne we have a core of senior, experienced guys who can lead the young guys in the right direction."

The latest trials also saw many new faces and some exciting prospects which will add depth & hunger to the squad which is vital for the long season ahead so expect to see new names on the roster soon.

This really is shaping uop to be a stand out year for the Thunder ! sure we're not gonna win the league but there will be a lot of teams we play this season that all of a sudden wont relish the prospect !!
