Hi, if any of you guys want to see a good match today as Lightning aren't playing, come down to the rink at 5.30pm and watch the u19 game. This is a very important match as we are fighting against relegation and it is a MUST WIN game. Please show your support.

The Black Army are proud to support ALL the MK hockey teams - even if we were told off tonight!
Our biggest problem is getting round to all the games. We'll be supporting the U14's on April 2nd, after completing our K.O.I. March and before escorting Lightning to Swindon.
Cheers,
Bubbs.
PS. Hope that Chelmsford lad recovers soon. Did he break his leg?

I just wanted to say thank you to all the Black Army Supporters who came to the rink yesterday and voiced their support for the Under 19s, I know it made a big difference to the lads in what was a 'must win' game. I'm sorry we had to move you from behind the benches, but you were just as loud further down the block :-)!
The team has finished in 6th place this year as a result of this win. Chelmsford, unfortunately for them, now face relegation playoffs along with Romford as Slough beat Basingstoke and finished on 12 points. See Malcolm Preen's site for the full story.
The lad from Chelmsford suffered a broken ankle - he was plastered up in MK and went home last night although I understand he still needs surgery.
I'm sure we all wish him a speedy recovery.

Hey, The supporters even got a mention in MK news tonight (page 63) saying the Lightning Supporters club showed their commitment and were in full song at the U19's match.

Mmmmmmm - yes saw that one - MK News never get anything right !
I read that when I got home last night we should ask them to alter it
